The Stars At the Feet of the Emperor
Recreate a Mughal masterpiece
The 16 folded star in Emperor Akbar's mausoleum, Delhi, India

Geometry
You will learn how to construct a 2D flat version of this star.
We will learn about the historical and esoteric contexts around the patterns, their meanings.

Ornamental motif
We will build a simplified ornamental motif inside the geometry
A very contemplative and deeply meditative course.

Painting and Gilding
You will learn to create a palette based on my unique triadic colour chart based on Goethe's colour chart. We will practise watercolour techniques and outlining, which is an important part of Islamic patterns

"Proin nibh arcu, consectetur a odio nec, aliquet suscipit enim. Suspendisse aliquam, libero ac tincidunt suscipit, lacus quam commodo odio, nec faucibus arcu ante in odio. Proin ornare luctus massa, id hendrerit tellus auctor eu. Nullam eget egestas orci."

Art for the centred self
Teaching geometry with a view to imparting an ethos, a self empowering creative programme. Each and everyone one of us is a creative genius. These patterns are a timeless reminder of our innate origins. We are creative souls first, and creative humans later. Drawing geometry creates unity and empathy -a sense of connectedness to our fellow beings and the natural world around us.
